Asics designed in honor of their Gel Lyte III Lite Brite. We have no obtained a time-lapse video displaying the building process of the Gel Lyte III lite brite. The unit smashed the previous record set and recorded by the Guinness Book of World Records using over 370,000 one-inch pegs on an 11ft high board.
Asics has really done well for themselves these past few weeks. With two solid collaboration models under their belt (working with Nice Kicks and Cultureshoq), the Japanese athletic company has hit another home run with the latest version of their Asics Gel Lyte Speed. Dubbed the ‘Grey Goose’, the most prominent feature of the colorway is the red and white striping found on the midsole and laces. On top of that, the upper features some reflective 3M paneling — a rather stark contrast to the predominantly suede shoe. The eye popping Gel Lyte Speed colorway should be making its way into stores this September.

Gel Lyte Speed to a sweetly saccharine makeover. Limited to 500 pairs worldwide, the good news for folks downunder is that they will be released in Australia and New Zealand this October.

Here are some new unreleased colorways of the Asics GEL Lyte Speed by sneaker designer Ronnie Fieg. The new collection features three new colorways: lime green & blue with white, blue & orange with black/white, as well as a red & yellow with black. No available info yet as to its release date. Asics aimed to please with this shot at the Gel Lyte III. This shoe just looks delicious with its chocolatey and caramel hues being accented perfectly by blue. From laces to lining the supple leather upper is accented in all the right places and the end result is something that is visually perfect. Even down to the splotched up grey and white midsole this thing is probably the best colorway of any brand this season. No word on when these drop but boy we cant wait.
