Converse has never been left behind with all its classic icons that receive enhancements at appointed time. This only shows how Converse makes the Poorman Weapon live again by applying suede construction on the upper finishing up to the collar and tongue.
The old school Star logo comes in White that appears on the side panel matching White fragments along the collar, heel and ankle areas. Carrying the same original attribute, the sole is done up in vulcanized rubber with the All Star logo on the heel portion. The shoe laces and eyelets have the same finishing as that of its respective colorway.
The Converse Poorman Weapon drops in Black and Purple with a price tag of $60. Both pairs are best worn with a pair of flair pants and a little psychedelic effect shirt. After all, a hybrid that evolves from the primitive design is a way much better.

I cant count how many times I’ve seen the classic Converse silhouette being reinvented into something awesome. Seriously. There have been hits and misses in the past but this time, it just looks great. We sneakerheads here in Bay Area Kicks really like this version of the Converse All Star. It just… speaks to us. Ha!
So staying true to the original design, its basically the same Chuck Taylor shape except where you’d expect canvas, there’s leather. Laces are the same, done in black but the toe cap and soles are still white.
Converse came out with the 1Hund(RED) line for their shoes. This shoe was released but was only seen in selected (RED) stores worldwide. And now we have noticed that they are slowly making their way to the Converse stores in malls.

The shoes have a one of a kind zipper placement that is so rarely seen. It is along the back of the shoe like where a jacket would normally close. The motorcycle leather motif also lends some quilted details that makes this shoe quite attractive. The traditional white outsole that Converse has is present and the shoe itself has a time-renowned build, the original Converse shape. The price of these kicks are at around $200 and expect to see different colors coming together soon.

An uber cool addition in the Converse family, the Converse Pappalardo Pro. Well, for starters, it’s the first signature shoe designed for Anthony Pappalardo. It’s the first ever skate shoe to be drafted to the PRODUCT(RED) humanitarian project. Now how cool is that!
The pair comes in red, white and blue colorway. Scheduled for release come spring of 2010.

Check this new Converse Chuck Taylor model by Terence Koh. I do not know with you guys, but definitely not my kind of shoes. The new sneaker comes in pure white design projecting the minimalist principle. The new sneaker comes as part of the ongoing 1hund(red) project by Koh.
It is truly an exciting experiment to colors. Koh is making a nice and effective collaboration with Converse infusing fresh colors and design making all his creations a molded piece of leather perfection.
The sneaker carries the same Chuck Taylor DNA providing new colors. With this new shoe, it comes with an all white colorway including the shoe laces and the midsole. You can check it out at the opening ceremony website or at 35 Howard Street – New York City 451 N. La Cienega Blvd. – West Hollywood.
